I wish I was invited.
But it's still a great day!
The meal. I brought over the potatoes I cooked on Saturday and all the preparations for everything else. We had a salad of cucumbers, red onion, and tomatoes in balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
And we had shrimp pot stickers from the fresh seafood section at Whole Foods. Just sauteed in a little butter...so good.
And I baked filets of tilapia in garlic, salt, pepper, and fresh lemon juice.
I steamed some broccoli as well to add more green to the plate. And we washed it all down with a good sauvignon blanc. T'was delicious if I do say so myself.
