For spring in Chicago I still need to bundle up a little bit.  I wore a cropped grey sweater that I got for 10 bucks at UO and a long pinky peachy flowy skirt, that I'm pretty much obsessed with wearing, from UO as well.  Worn with American Apparel belt, TOMS shoes and forever 21 purse.  Oh, and new UO sunnys because I broke yet another pair; which further convinces me never to buy an expensive pair of sunglasses.

The Law Student

My cousin/best friend Suzy is in her second year of law school in Chicago.  I think corporate life is rubbing off on her style.  She looks like a grown-up and really young at the same time.  And that blazer could be worn with a garbage bag underneath it and still be cute.  She wears peach blazer, chunky bracelets and flowery hair clip by H&M, navy shorts by American Eagle (shocking, I know), heels by Aldo, and blouse by forever 21.

I bought this vintage dress at the Melrose flea market.  It reminds me of a five year old birthday party in the 1950s or the 70s.  Fun to wear.

I might get the sleeves tailored differently, not sure yet.

Gotta do the antiqued look for this vintage piece!
